Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and achieving business objectives and marketing plans for Brown‑Forman brands in Taiwan. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop overall strategy for the Brown‑Forman portfolio and contribute to annual marketing plans.
• Lead and implement marketing activities, translating long‑term strategies into short‑term tactical plans.
• Manage briefing, development and approval of local and global creative assets.
• Oversee new product development launches and track brand P&L investment lines.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing, collaborating with trade marketing and sales teams in Taiwan.
• Manage agency partners to ensure deliverables meet company objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in brand marketing.
• Proven track record of delivering brand growth in a competitive environment.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent command of English and Taiwanese.
