Content & Design Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Content & Design Marketing Officer to create and manage engaging visual and written assets across our digital channels. The role combines content creation, graphic design, and strategic planning to strengthen brand presence and drive audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create content and design assets for social media, landing pages, apps, email campaigns and websites.
• Develop video scripts, storyboards and outlines for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Design key visuals, banners and templates with a focus on user experience.
• Use A/B testing and performance data to optimise marketing assets.
• Monitor trends and propose new content formats.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in content creation, marketing or strategy.
• Mandarin Chinese and English proficiency for communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
