Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid social campaigns and growth initiatives for our AI‑focused products. Based in Taipei, you will work closely with product and business development teams to acquire and engage users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit and emerging platforms.
• Manage and scale global AI KOL and influencer partnerships from sourcing to conversion tracking.
• Build and expand relationships with AI communities on Discord, Telegram and developer forums.
• Design growth campaigns that drive user acquisition, activation and retention.
• Analyze performance metrics such as CAC, ROI and conversion rates, and continuously optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with product and BD teams to align marketing tactics with product adoption goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends in AI, cloud computing and developer ecosystems.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in growth marketing, paid media or social media marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with global ad platforms (LinkedIn Ads, X/Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Reddit Ads, Threads Ads, Google Ads).
• Experience managing KOLs/influencers, preferably in tech or AI domains.
• Strong interest or basic knowledge of AI and cloud technologies.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve campaign performance.
• Excellent English communication skills and comfort working with global partners.
