Digital Marketing Senior Executive – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Senior Executive to lead our online brand presence and drive product sales across key social platforms. This remote position focuses on strategy, execution, and performance optimisation for the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, and sales.
• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (RED).
• Maintain a digital marketing calendar covering product launches and promotions.
• Lead social‑media strategy, content planning, and creation of high‑engagement, viral posts.
• Monitor trends, optimise ad performance, and manage advertising budgets.
• Analyse campaign metrics (views, CTR, conversions, sales impact) and produce performance reports.
• Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and internal sales, product, and creative teams.
• Guide and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, beauty, lifestyle or consumer products.
• Proven track record creating high‑performing social media content.
• Experience serving the Hong Kong or Taiwan market.
