KOL Operations & Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a KOL Operations & Business Development Manager to expand Vantage Markets’ presence in Taiwan and Mandarin‑speaking markets. The role combines partnership development, community management and market‑driven promotion to attract new traders to our CFD platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clients and trading communities in Taiwan and Mandarin markets; lead negotiations; analyze influencer data.
• Collaborate with the brand team to plan campaigns attracting traders and new users; manage promotion schedules and monitor conversion results.
• Monitor Web3, US stock, Forex and Crypto industry trends; collect competitor marketing cases; assist in formulating Taiwan promotion strategies.
• Manage official community collaboration activities; ensure consistent marketing rhythm with creators and lecturers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in Web3, US stock, Forex, ecosystem marketing or financial investment sectors.
• Proven ability in social communication and content marketing, with strong negotiation, organization and project‑management skills.
• Ability to provide monthly proof of net deposits, trading volume and user numbers.
• Demonstrated effective KOL marketing experience on exchanges or trading platforms; verifiable business performance records are a plus.
