职位概况

Coupang 台灣透過「火箭速配」提供隔日到貨服務，透過「火箭跨境」提供來自韓國、美國等地的國際速配服務。公司現招募一位客戶體驗稽核專員，協助拓展台灣業務。

主要職責

執行商品資訊、商品圖片、廣告內容及賣場頁面內容稽核
定期或依專案進行內容合規性檢查與品質審核
辨識並回報資訊錯誤、違反平台規範或影響消費者體驗的內容
與 QA 團隊及主管合作釐清特殊案例，提升審核判斷力
學習台灣市場法規、平台政策及內容審核標準
協助整理稽核數據與分析結果，支援營運優化專案
配合部門目標確保稽核品質與時效

任职要求

基礎至中等英文能力，可閱讀英文文件並書面溝通
熟悉 Microsoft Office（Excel、Word）及 Google Workspace
具備資料檢核與錯誤辨識能力，工作細心負責
具良好自我管理能力，能在快速變動環境中學習新工具與政策
能依時程完成任務並維持稽核品質

加分條件：電商、客服、品質管理或內容審核經驗；熟悉 Excel 函數（VLOOKUP、XLOOKUP）、SQL 或 Tableau；有平台營運、內容管理或合規審查經驗尤佳。面試分為資格審核、職務適任與核心能力三階段，錄取後以郵件通知。
