APAC Community Lead (Contract)

About the role

The Sui Foundation is looking for an APAC Community Lead on a contract basis to grow and nurture its community across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will design and execute programs that drive adoption of the Sui blockchain, while acting as the bridge between users, builders, and the foundation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage community initiatives and both virtual and in‑person events tailored to the APAC audience.
• Grow and maintain engagement across Discord, Telegram, Twitter, forums and other regional channels.
• Build relationships with key community members and builders, represent their feedback within the foundation.
• Collaborate with marketing to create and distribute educational and promotional content, maintaining a consistent content calendar.
• Leverage existing networks within APAC crypto and trading communities to expand reach.
• Oversee moderation to ensure a safe, inclusive environment and proactively resolve conflicts.
• Use analytics to monitor community health, optimise strategies and report metrics to leadership.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in community management, preferably in Web3 or crypto.
• Native Mandarin speaker with excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Deep understanding of Web3 culture, blockchain technology and decentralized applications.
