Training Manager - Taiwan

About the role

The Training Manager will design, localise and deliver professional training programmes for the Thermomix and Kobold product ranges in Taiwan, ensuring high‑quality product demonstrations and driving sales excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs with stakeholders and develop localized training materials and onboarding programmes.
• Lead the delivery of professional training sessions, maintaining high standards of product demonstration.
• Develop and optimise demo processes and training assets to improve demo quality and accelerate sales targets.
• Coordinate with regional teams to assess and optimise training materials.
• Partner with Area Managers to refine training strategies based on market feedback.
• Create and manage a training calendar in collaboration with marketing and cross‑functional teams.
• Own product and commercial knowledge, ensuring training programmes reflect the latest methods and techniques.

Required profile

• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programmes.
• Good understanding of sales processes and capability development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese with excellent reading and writing skills.
• Experience in product demonstration and sales training is a plus.
