Training Manager – Taiwan

About the role

The Training Manager will design and deliver professional training programs for Thermomix and Kobold product ranges in Taiwan. This role ensures high‑quality product demonstrations, supports sales excellence, and drives onboarding for distributors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs with stakeholders and develop localized training materials for the full Thermomix and Kobold portfolios.
• Lead the delivery of professional training sessions, maintaining high standards of product demonstration and sales performance.
• Create and optimise demo processes and materials to improve demo quality and accelerate sales targets.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and cross‑functional teams to refine training strategies based on market feedback.
• Develop and maintain a training calendar in coordination with marketing and other stakeholders.
• Own product and commercial knowledge, ensuring training programs reflect the latest methods and techniques.
• Lead the training advocacy program, monitoring KPI effectiveness and timely execution.

Required profile

• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Good understanding of sales processes and capability development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
