Corporate Training Instructor – Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Training Instructor to join the Finance department of UnicornFintech in Taiwan. The role combines corporate training, knowledge management and process improvement to elevate the finance team’s capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver finance‑focused training programs based on team needs.
• Identify and drive process‑improvement opportunities linked to capability development.
• Partner with HR to create career development frameworks, learning paths and track training effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain internal knowledge‑management assets such as FAQs and knowledge bases.
• Mentor team members to facilitate knowledge transfer and talent development.
• Conduct data organization, logical analysis and produce data‑driven charts and presentations for improvement projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Master’s degree or higher.
• English proficiency at TOEIC 800 or above.
• Basic understanding of process design and optimization, with ability to organise data and perform logical analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
