Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate training strategy and capability development across assigned markets.
• Design and maintain scalable training frameworks and structured learning programs.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and capability development for team members to ensure consistent quality and standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to support business initiatives and effective local execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in training materials, processes, and knowledge‑sharing practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training, learning & development, or capability building, with the ability to design and deliver structured training programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
• Proactive and organized professional with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to drive initiatives independently.
