About the role

We are seeking accomplished professors and researchers to join a paid, expert‑led mentoring programme that supports academics, clinicians and researchers worldwide. The role involves providing personalised guidance to strengthen research capabilities, from idea refinement to manuscript development.

Key responsibilities

Deliver one‑to‑one online mentoring in research methodology, scholarly communication, and publication strategies tailored to your expertise.
Review participants’ manuscripts, providing annotated corrections, constructive feedback, and academic guidance.
Share expertise in study design, methodology, data interpretation, and academic publication strategies.

Required profile

Professors or researchers with strong academic backgrounds.
Authors of at least five first‑author or corresponding‑author papers in SCI/SCIE, SSCI, or A&HCI indexed journals within the past three years.
Experience in academic mentoring, manuscript review, or research training is highly welcomed.
