About the role
This position offers experienced professors and researchers the opportunity to provide one‑to‑one online mentoring to academics, clinicians, and researchers worldwide. The role focuses on strengthening research capabilities through personalized guidance on study design, methodology, and scholarly communication.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver one‑to‑one online mentoring sessions covering research methodology, scholarly communication, and publication strategies.
- Review participants’ manuscripts, providing annotated corrections and constructive feedback.
- Share expertise in study design, data interpretation, and academic publication processes.
Required profile
- Professors or researchers with a strong academic background.
- Authors of at least five first‑author or corresponding‑author papers in SCI/SCIE, SSCI, or A&HCI indexed journals within the past three years.
- Experience in academic mentoring, manuscript review, or research training is highly welcomed.
