Senior Manager, Channel Training

About the role

This senior position leads the training team for Chubb Life Taiwan, shaping training strategies that align with business priorities and the needs of Bancassurance and Brokerage channels. The role focuses on building capabilities, optimizing resources, and leveraging digital and AI tools to boost training effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the training team, establishing strategies that support business and channel priorities while enhancing facilitation and execution skills.
• Drive adoption of digital and AI tools across course development, content creation, training management, and daily operations.
• Partner with business and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand channel needs and prioritize training resources.
• Design innovative training programs that differentiate channel support and add tangible business value.
• Develop professional programs for Insurance Consultants in Bancassurance and Broker channels to strengthen product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Plan and execute large‑scale training, sales development programs, and channel events for face‑to‑face distribution channels.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in life‑insurance training, sales training, channel development, or related functions.
• Proven people‑management experience with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a training team.
• Solid experience supporting Bancassurance and/or Broker/Agency channels and understanding of channel operations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute training strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, agile, and results‑oriented with strong planning and execution capabilities.
