Field Service Training Expert – Taiwan

About the role

Astellas is seeking a passionate Field Service Training Expert to elevate the capabilities of its commercial teams in Taiwan. This role goes beyond traditional training, acting as a strategic partner who drives learning initiatives that directly impact brand success and patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑impact learning experiences that translate strategy into actionable skills.
• Prepare field teams for major product launches and emerging market opportunities.
• Build core capabilities in communication, account planning, negotiation, and customer engagement.
• Analyze data and insights to identify capability gaps and measure business impact.
• Introduce innovative learning technologies, including AI‑enabled content development tools.
• Foster a culture of continuous growth, curiosity, and improvement across the Taiwan organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical training, learning & development, commercial excellence, or sales effectiveness.
• Strong facilitation skills with a track record of creating engaging workshops.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, memorable learning experiences.
• Business acumen and a passion for developing people.
