Training Manager – Seller Service

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Training Manager who will own the end‑to‑end educational ecosystem for seller support in Taiwan. The role combines curriculum design, digital learning transformation and data‑driven performance improvement to ensure consultants and third‑party partners deliver outstanding service.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a long‑term L&D strategy aligned with Coupang’s rapid expansion in Taiwan.
• Create, audit and maintain living training content, shifting from classroom sessions to high‑efficiency e‑learning and just‑in‑time modules.
• Analyse operational metrics (CSAT, QA, AHT) to identify performance gaps and develop targeted training interventions with measurable ROI.
• Build 360° feedback loops and analytics to report training effectiveness to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with operations leaders and product teams to translate policy changes into actionable learning.
• Lead, coach and evaluate a lean team of content creators and trainers.

Required profile

• 5+ years in L&D, corporate training or operational excellence, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in high‑volume call‑center or BPO environments, preferably within e‑commerce or supply‑chain.
• Strong data literacy with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ability to visualise insights.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, capable of influencing cross‑functional partners.
