Supply Planner - EANZ Hand Tools

About the role

Stanley Black & Decker is hiring a Supply Planner for its EANZ Supply Planning team in Taipei, Taiwan. The role covers finished goods replenishment, inventory strategy and service level improvement within the EANZ DC network.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee finished goods replenishment planning and implement inventory strategies to achieve strong inventory turns while keeping service levels high.
• Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions for service level challenges.
• Optimize inventory across the EANZ DC network for efficient distribution and product availability.
• Drive on-time delivery improvements and look for expediting opportunities to resolve service issues.
• Assess capacity to deliver New Product Introductions, sourcing transitions and promotions.
• Use advanced supply planning systems to streamline operations and keep planning parameters accurate.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, Sourcing, Transportation and Distribution Centers to resolve supply, demand and delivery issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain.
• 5+ years of relevant supply chain experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and supply planning and inventory management best practices.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly in both English and Chinese, with initiative in fast-paced environments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in supply planning systems and data analytics (JDA, SAP, Excel, Power BI).
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Problem-solving, attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
