About the role
Micron Technology, a global leader in memory and storage solutions, is hiring a Warehouse Technician in Miaoli, Taiwan. The role covers receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping, as well as inventory control, process compliance and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and properly store incoming materials, and perform cycle counts to keep inventory records accurate.
- Pick, pack and ship goods accurately and on time, keeping the warehouse clean and organised according to 6S standards.
- Follow company policies, safety regulations and audit requirements, support process improvements and automation, and help with internal and external audits and corrective actions.
- Take part in process standardisation and improve efficiency by identifying issues and driving improvements.
- Produce daily and weekly reports on inventory accuracy, shipment performance and operational KPIs.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work shifts and overtime when required.
- Forklift licence is a plus.
