Senior ATSM Process Operations Manager II, OSAT

About the role

Micron Technology is hiring a Senior ATSM Process Operations Manager II for its OSAT function at the Taichung factory (Fab 16). As a supply operations individual contributor, you will help develop and execute a holistic supply strategy and participate in implementing the global supply and inventory strategy, including defining key readiness elements, resources and communication channels. The role also covers site inventory management, quality audits and material process ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Be the single owner of site inventory management, optimizing DIO through Excess & Obsolescence, Reserve and Scrap disposition with Material/Site Planners, Warehouse and Finance.
• Serve as the point of contact for site-specific initiatives, projects and escalations.
• Own the site audit SPS (quality audit, customer audit and compliance audit) and act as process owner for "Manage Materials".
• Drive warehouse capacity readiness to support production ramp, working with the Warehouse team, Materials Planning and Manufacturing.
• Lead the "Manage Source to Pay" metrics performance and status updates in site staff meetings.
• Provide weekly WOS (BOM and indirect) status reports including NPI materials, attend site demand vs supply reviews and lead incoming quality issue resolution, GR, invoice and pricing discrepancies.
• Use AI-enabled tools such as Copilot and automation solutions to improve data analysis, reporting, decision support and supply planning accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Engineering, Purchasing/Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, automation platforms) is a plus.

Required skills

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with strong communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
• Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
