About the role

Coupang is seeking a proactive Specialist in Workplace Management & Benefits to support its fulfillment center offices in Northern Taiwan. The role bridges communication between local sites and headquarters, manages vendor relationships, and ensures smooth financial administration.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of existing fulfillment centers across Northern Taiwan.
• Act as the primary contact for site requests and coordinate timely communication with HQ.
• Manage daily office functions, including facilities, supplies, layouts, and vendor relations (property management, cleaning, utilities).
• Support end‑to‑end opening processes for new fulfillment centers, securing equipment, tools, and operational supplies.
• Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Handle operational expense (OpEx) management, including purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) processes, tracking, and auditing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in office management, fulfillment center operations, logistics, or general administrative support.
• Familiarity with corporate procurement systems and expense tracking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with field teams, vendors, and HQ.
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
