About the role
We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain function within the electronics manufacturing environment. The role will oversee end‑to‑end planning, drive talent development, and ensure efficient workflow processes that meet customer expectations while controlling costs.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage the SCM team, fostering talent development and establishing effective workflow procedures.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities, provide upward reporting, and act as the liaison for client communications.
- Ensure customer requirements are met and implement internal cost‑control measures.
Required profile
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, suppliers and customers.
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in supply chain or manufacturing management, preferably within the electronics industry.
