职位概况
负责遵循SOP、GMP，管理进出货文件，协调内部部门及运输公司，确保货物海关申报准确、及时送达。
主要职责
- 准备并维护进出货文件，录入进出口数据并根据需求开具发票。
- 与国内外运输代理、海关及客户沟通，确认运输方式和交付时间表。
- 确保出口文件符合海关法规及客户需求，提供可靠的交付计划。
- 在日常作业中发现问题并提出改进建议，跨部门合作提升服务。
任职要求
- 具备物流或供应链相关专业知识和工作经验。
- 熟悉GMP及相关标准作业程序。
- 具备良好的问题识别与分析能力，能够主动提出改进方案。
- 能够与内部团队及外部合作伙伴有效沟通。
必备技能
- 熟练使用公司物流系统进行数据录入。
- 了解进出口海关申报流程。
