Senior Transportation Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Transportation Coordinator will oversee daily transportation operations, ensuring they meet client requirements and comply with all relevant regulations. This role acts as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient shuttle and courier services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily transportation activities, focusing on client needs and policy compliance.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to local and governmental regulations.
• Respond to shuttle bus fault reports, coordinating repairs and maintenance.
• Collaborate with contractors to maintain safe, clean, and orderly transport services.
• Coordinate internal courier pick‑up and delivery, handling lost‑and‑found communications and parking support.
• Enter operational data and retain documentation such as equipment listings and figures.
• Arrange off‑site shuttle services by liaising with vendors and ensuring signage, insurance, and required documents are up to date.
• Generate passenger usage statistics and support accounting functions, including vendor payment requests and invoice processing.
• Address risk management and safety issues in consultation with the manager, following escalation procedures.
• Provide emergency SOP support during shuttle operating hours and collect user satisfaction feedback.

Required profile

• Graduate with at least three years of experience in administration or management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and contractors.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Creative, innovative, and accountable mindset.
• Result‑driven decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using G Suite applications.
• Comfortable working on Mac operating systems.
