Senior Logistics Specialist

About the role

Positive Grid is seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist to strengthen its global distribution network. The role combines traditional warehouse and 3PL management with the design of AI‑enabled logistics workflows to improve visibility, accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for global third‑party logistics (3PL) partners.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including inbound, outbound, fulfillment, inventory movement and related execution tasks.
• Monitor 3PL performance, service quality and compliance through regular KPI tracking.
• Lead inventory reconciliation, cycle counts and stock discrepancy investigations.
• Manage reverse logistics and RMA processes, coordinating inspection, repacking and disposition with 3PL partners.
• Arrange and track sea, air and courier shipments from factories to global warehouses, preparing all required shipping and customs documentation.
• Resolve logistics disruptions such as shipment delays, port congestion, customs issues or warehouse bottlenecks.
• Redesign logistics workflows using AI agents and automation tools, building at least three AI‑enabled processes within six months.
• Consolidate scattered 3PL data into a structured layer for AI analysis and action.
• Measure impact of AI workflows on time saved, error reduction and cost efficiency.
• Act as the logistics coordination hub across Sales, Procurement and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in warehouse operations, 3PL management, inventory control and global freight coordination.
• Proven ability to lead process redesign and implement automation or AI‑driven solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on improving operational efficiency.
