主要职责

管理倉庫的日常營運流程，例如顧客商品出貨、材料入庫、存貨管理。
現場人員管理及排班、教育訓練、工作任務指派、成效執行追蹤。
確保顧客商品運輸符合流程，並遵守安全規章。
盡其所能優先滿足顧客商品運輸的服務水平。
維持存貨的理想狀態。
遵守主管機關訂定的品質標準。

任职要求

個性積極主動、抗壓性強，能適應物流中心現場環境。
臨場反應快速，能快速判斷工作優先順序。
邏輯清晰、主動積極。
樂於學習，善於表達。
對電子商務市場具備高度熱情。
可配合輪班制工作。
