職位簡介
酷澎是全球成長快、創新快的電商與物流企業，現首次在台灣招募創始團隊成員，負責電商物流中心的營運。值班組長需管理倉庫日常運作，並帶領現場人員。
主要職責
- 管理顧客商品出貨、材料入庫、存貨管理等倉庫日常流程
- 負責現場人員管理、排班、教育訓練、任務指派與績效追蹤
- 確保商品運輸符合流程並遵守安全規範，優先滿足服務水準
- 維持存貨理想狀態，遵守主管機關品質標準
任职要求
- 臨場反應快、能判斷工作優先順序，個性積極主動、抗壓性強
- 善溝通協調，具團隊管理經驗
- 可配合輪班制工作（08:00~02:00 時段排班，14:00 後另有特殊班別津貼）
