職位簡介

Coupang 在台灣推出「火箭速配」與「火箭跨境」服務，現招募營運副理負責桃園物流中心的營運。職缺位於桃園，需配合輪班制。

主要職責

管理物流中心日常營運流程，包括顧客商品出貨、材料入庫、存貨管理
負責現場人員管理與排班、教育訓練、工作任務指派及績效追蹤
確保商品運輸符合流程並遵守安全規範，優先滿足服務水準，維持存貨理想狀態

基本資格

臨場反應快，能迅速判斷工作優先順序
積極主動、抗壓性強、注重細節，能在高速創新環境達成挑戰性目標
對電子商務市場有高度熱情
可配合輪班制，善於溝通協調，具團隊管理經驗
