Senior Account Manager

About the role

Entegris is looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive product promotion, achieve sales targets and expand market share within key semiconductor accounts. You will act as the strategic liaison between the customer and multiple internal teams to ensure revenue growth and long‑term partnership success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Business Unit goals for assigned key accounts.
• Collaborate with global and regional support teams (technical, PM, sales operations, quality, CSR) to deliver seamless service.
• Identify customer opportunities, manage tasks in CRM, and maintain up‑to‑date account information.
• Gather competitive intelligence and feedback to improve internal processes.
• Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations and pricing approvals for key accounts.
• Maintain senior‑level relationships, including visits to Entegris ELT leadership, to align with customers’ long‑term business plans.
• Leverage technical and field application engineers to support sales activities and solution design.

Required profile

• Proven experience with TSMC, especially in Photo, WET or CMP processes.
• Familiarity with TSMC AP operations is a strong plus.
• Outgoing, articulate and sincere with strong analytical and structured thinking.
• Solution‑focused mindset, quick learner from mistakes and able to coordinate across functions.
