Account Service Sales – Tainan

About the role

As the account owner, you will act as the primary liaison between Applied Materials and its customers in Taiwan, identifying needs and developing sales strategies to drive growth. You will present product and service offerings, coordinate demonstrations, and negotiate pricing to secure orders.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company to customers and vice‑versa in all sales‑oriented activities.
• Identify customer needs and develop/implement sales strategies.
• Call on existing or new customers to present Applied Materials’ products and services; coordinate demonstrations with product business groups.
• Communicate Applied Materials’ product roadmaps and capabilities to customers and convey customer technology needs to internal teams.
• Prepare pricing quotes, negotiate final prices, and submit documentation to book orders.
• Conduct follow‑up on accounts receivable.
• Maintain coverage, documentation, and summaries of customer visits; develop and execute customer‑specific action plans.

Required profile

• BS/MS degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales, account management, or business development experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong technical aptitude and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Self‑motivated with a proven ability to drive business growth.
