Security Engineer

About the role

BizLink is looking for a Security Engineer to join its global security team. You will be responsible for protecting enterprise infrastructure, designing and implementing security solutions across offices and data centers, and leading key initiatives such as network zoning and SOC evolution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Security Operations Center, manage provider transitions and define global threat detection requirements.
• Administer and optimise SIEM log analytics in a co‑managed environment.
• Drive the Digital Perimeter Hardening initiative, including network path optimisation and switch‑firewall re‑routing.
• Maintain endpoint lifecycle and integrity using Trellix, Rapid7 and related tools.
• Design and manage network security architecture with Fortinet firewalls and Cisco ISE.
• Develop automated threat mitigation solutions, e.g., dynamic SSL‑VPN brute‑force protection using FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager and custom APIs.
• Lead network zoning projects, assess global firewall policies and set baseline traffic standards.
• Design secure cloud connectivity for Azure, AWS and GCP, managing Azure VWAN and other cloud‑native security services.
• Support ISO 27001 audits and ensure compliance with international security standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise security engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with SIEM/SOAR platforms (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel) and EDR/XDR solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne).
• Strong knowledge of secure protocols, network monitoring and cloud security architectures.
• Relevant security certifications are a plus.
