About the role
The Business Intelligence & Automation Analyst will support the MedTech business by creating and maintaining data visualizations, automated workflows, and digital tools that improve decision‑making and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into BI and automation solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for data‑driven insights.
- Build automated workflows using Power Automation or RPA to reduce manual effort.
- Develop and enhance Power Apps to support operational processes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve existing dashboards and automation solutions.
- Create documentation and provide user training for implemented tools.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a high degree of autonomy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience in a regulated environment (preferred).
