About the role
Arrow is looking for an Information Technology Systems Engineer to provide daily engineering support and operations for its hardware and software infrastructure. The role involves maintenance, performance monitoring, solution design, and consulting across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily engineering support for hardware, software, applications, databases, and COTS solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues, deliver second‑level support, and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
- Participate in annual disaster‑recovery testing and commute between Zhonghe and Taoyuan offices.
- Support Microsoft 365, Intune, and ServiceNow platforms.
Required profile
- 4‑year degree with 1–2 years experience or 2‑year degree with equivalent experience.
- Works under close supervision and follows established procedures.
Required skills
- Understanding of virtual machines, storage, and data‑center equipment.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and ServiceNow.
