About the role
Monolithic Power Systems is seeking a Digital Verification Engineer to support verification of digital and mixed‑signal ICs. This entry‑level position will work with cutting‑edge ASIC tools on products such as switching regulators, sensors, motor control and power management ICs.
Key responsibilities
- Generate test plans based on design requirements and product datasheets.
- Create verification environments using UVM and SystemVerilog.
- Write digital and mixed‑signal test cases, assertions and checkers.
- Analyze and debug test results, code coverage and functional coverage.
- Develop verification IPs, standard tests, environments and automation scripts.
- Collaborate closely with senior digital and analog designers.
Required profile
- MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Digital Design/VLSI.
- Basic knowledge of ASIC development process and digital design techniques.
- Ability to follow specifications and meet project milestones.
Required skills
- SystemVerilog and UVM.
- Digital simulators, synthesis tools, DFT, LEC, STA.
- Scripting/automation languages: TCL, Python, C++.
- Interface protocols: I2C, I3C, SPI, USB, PMBUS.
