SCM & Logistics Specialist

About the role

Join ABB Robotics Taiwan as an SCM & Logistics Specialist, acting as the key link between the local operation and ABB’s global supply chain network. You will support the delivery of robotics products by managing procurement, inventory, and warehouse activities in a fast‑moving, innovation‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Place purchase orders with group factories and track manufacturing progress to meet customer delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, develop new supplier relationships, and manage exceptions.
• Oversee receipt, quality check, and distribution of robots and parts to the Taiwan warehouse.
• Maintain accurate ERP data for purchase orders, factory schedules, supplier information, and inventory records.
• Collaborate with finance on payment processing and with warehouse teams on shipments and asset management.
• Participate in inventory control, logistics performance analysis, and regular coordination meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics coordination, warehouse management, or related supply‑chain roles.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, logistics management, and warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, communicating daily with factories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for data entry and tracking.
