Sales Specialist / Account Manager – Fluoropolymer Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist / Account Manager to drive growth of Chemours' fluoropolymer solutions in Taiwan. You will build strategic relationships with customers in semiconductor, electronics, automotive and industrial sectors, delivering tailored chemical solutions that meet their technical needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth and profitability for Chemours fluoropolymer solutions in Taiwan.
• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with semiconductor, electronics, automotive and industrial customers.
• Identify new applications and market opportunities while protecting and expanding existing business.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Service, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to deliver customer solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years B2B industrial sales experience in specialty chemicals, advanced materials, electronics materials, or related technical industries.
• Proven key account management experience with strategic customers.
• Strong commercial negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience managing distributors, channels, and direct customer relationships.
• Ability to work across sales, technical service, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer teams.
• Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills.
