Senior Executive – MIS/ORS Business Development

Key responsibilities

• Support attainment of sales targets for the ORS business by implementing effective sales strategies.
• Conduct market research and contribute to business growth and market expansion strategies.
• Engage with customers to understand needs, build relationships, and drive business development.
• Identify and introduce new products aligned with strategic goals of the business unit.
• Collaborate with the Central Marketing Team to align business and marketing strategies and create supporting materials.
• Organize and conduct product training sessions for distributor sales representatives.
• Partner with Territory Sales, Regulatory, Operations, and Market Access to support comprehensive initiatives.
• Assist in managing pricing strategies for direct sales and distributors to enhance market share.

Required profile

• University degree in business, marketing, medical science, medicine, nursing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with MIS or suture sales.
• Business English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) is required.
