Sales Associate (Taiwan)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Associate to join our team in Taiwan. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving new business, and ensuring the successful delivery of our services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate and close agreements while retaining existing business.
• Develop trusted relationships with key institutional brokers and the community.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and explain product value.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and forecast key client metrics.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Forex industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Professional integrity and ability to act with professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
