Account Manager – Global Customer Operations

About the role

As an Account Manager in Lam Research's Global Customer Operations Group, you will build and maintain strategic relationships with customers who use our wafer fabrication equipment. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring customers receive the right solutions and support to meet their technology roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and propose appropriate Lam products and services.
• Organize and lead strategic meetings, workshops, and reviews with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources to deliver timely solutions and resolve issues.
• Track account performance, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent Lam Research at customer sites, fostering trust and long‑term partnership.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8 years with a Master’s, or 5 years with a PhD.
• Proven track record in managing complex B2B accounts, preferably in semiconductor or high‑tech equipment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to customer or supplier locations as required.
