Sales Associate – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Sales Associate is the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. This role blends luxury‑retail service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations using mobile POS and clienteling tools.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Handle daily operational tasks such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection.
• Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
• Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust‑based environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Social‑media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
