Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager joins Lam Research’s Global Customer Operations Group to build and sustain long‑term relationships with customers who use the company’s wafer fabrication equipment. You will act as the primary point of contact, understand customer needs, and help them achieve their technology roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to identify and address their technical and business requirements.
• Arrange and lead strategic meetings, workshops, and reviews with customers and internal teams.
• Provide product and service guidance for Lam’s wafer fabrication equipment portfolio.
• Ensure successful partnership outcomes that reinforce Lam’s market leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience; or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships in a high‑tech environment.
