About the role

The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) is a senior, empowered leader who acts as the local face of Roche, partnering with all stakeholders across the patient journey to co‑create solutions that improve outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with patient‑journey stakeholders to identify and remove roadblocks, unlocking value for patients and the community.
• Prioritise stakeholder needs, secure internal resources, and drive cross‑functional solutions that accelerate impact.
• Steward Roche’s products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring appropriate, truthful communication with healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific, economic or business field; advanced life‑science degree or MBA is a plus.
• Strong business acumen with experience in commercialization, medical affairs or customer‑experience excellence.
• System‑thinking mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies and agile ways of working.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional team leadership.
• Ability to leverage digital tools and collaborate across Roche’s global network.
