Patient Journey Partner – Immune Ecosystem

About the role

The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) sits at the centre of Roche’s new organisation, acting as a trusted bridge between Roche and the broader healthcare ecosystem. Embedded locally, the role is functionally agnostic and focuses on co‑creating solutions that improve patient outcomes across the immune ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, prioritising resources and driving faster delivery of outcomes.
• Collaborate with partners across the patient journey to remove roadblocks and unlock value for patients and the community.
• Guide Roche’s products through their lifecycle, ensuring appropriate, truthful, and balanced communication with healthcare professionals.
• Ensure positive experiences for ecosystem partners when they engage with Roche’s employees, products, and services.

• Visionary mindset with entrepreneurial spirit, strong partnering capabilities and ability to listen, question and understand stakeholder needs.

Required skills

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, especially with Therapeutic Area Experts and Patient Advocacy Groups.
• Experience in formulating cross‑functional strategies and orchestrating cross‑functional teams.
• Strong business acumen covering commercialization, medical affairs, and customer experience excellence.
• Proficiency in digital tools, agile ways of working, and deep knowledge of patient journeys in defined disease areas.
