Territory Supervisor / Manager, Neurosurgical

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Territory Supervisor/Manager to drive growth of our Neurosurgical portfolio across North Taiwan. The role focuses on building strong relationships with neurosurgeons, operating‑room teams and hospital stakeholders while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and meet territory revenue targets.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with neurosurgeons, OR teams and hospital decision‑makers.
• Execute territory plans to expand market share and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide product and clinical support, including case coverage and product evaluations.
• Collaborate with distributors to ensure effective territory execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities and customer needs for business planning.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and regular business updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Based in Taipei or New Taipei City with familiarity of major medical centers and teaching hospitals in North Taiwan.
• Minimum 3 years of medical‑device sales experience, preferably in neurosurgery or related specialties.
• Proven track record in sales achievement and account management.
• Willingness to travel within Taiwan (≈10% travel).
• Fluent Mandarin; English proficiency is a plus.
