Operations Manager - Taiwan

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the set‑up and ongoing management of CoolIT's new office in Taiwan, ensuring a seamless transition from the existing location. This role also supports senior leadership by coordinating executive meetings and driving high‑impact marketing events across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction and fit‑out of the new office, testing all functions for optimal performance.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships for long‑term office maintenance.
• Manage the transition from the original office while keeping both sites operational.
• Coordinate all executive meetings for the APAC General Manager, including calendar management and logistics for senior‑level visitors.
• Liaise with corporate marketing and Ecolab to plan and execute PR and marketing events in APAC, PRC, SE Asia, and Taiwan.
• Review and adapt PR messaging in Mandarin and English to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with external agencies, event organizers, and customers to deliver events on time and within budget.
• Provide support for events beyond the APAC region when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing, PR, advertising, or general management; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business management within the AI infrastructure ecosystem.
• Strong background in AI datacenter infrastructure and equipment.
• Proven experience planning and executing marketing events.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with ability to edit messaging in both languages.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global, cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational skills and strong stakeholder management.
