Growth Marketing Specialist – Korea Market

About the role

Meitu Inc. is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to lead market entry and user‑acquisition initiatives for its photo and video editing apps in the Korean market. The position is based in Taipei and will work closely with local agencies, influencers and cross‑functional teams to translate cultural trends into high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven digital marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, subscription revenue and brand conversation in Korea.
• Manage digital marketing channels, local social‑media platforms, and negotiate collaborations with KOLs/KOCs and influencers.
• Analyse market trends and user behaviour to localise campaigns and coordinate with local agencies and partners.
• Oversee the work of interns and external contractors, ensuring timely delivery of marketing projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital, SNS or influencer marketing, preferably with in‑app campaigns.
• Strong ability to turn data‑driven insights into growth strategies and to communicate findings clearly.
• Deep understanding of Korean social‑media trends and the photo/video editing app landscape.
• Proven track record managing marketing agencies and building collaborative partnerships.
• Agile, proactive self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments and can work independently.
