Corporate Sustainability Engagement & Strategy Manager

About the role

The Sustainability Engagement & Strategy Manager will lead TSMC’s ESG communication initiatives, shaping how the company engages stakeholders on sustainability. Reporting to senior leadership, the role aligns ESG actions with corporate strategy and drives impactful, multi‑channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative ESG engagement strategies to raise sustainability awareness and influence stakeholder behavior.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns, including events, digital marketing, and corporate initiatives.
• Create high‑impact multilingual ESG content tailored to diverse audiences across various platforms.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating directly with the executive management team.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize impact.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in ESG, marketing, communications, or related fields, with people‑management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sustainability, Digital Marketing, Business, IT, or related discipline.
• Exceptional written and spoken English and Chinese; additional language skills a plus.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive behavior change.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, capable of handling high‑pressure situations.
• Demonstrated leadership, project‑management, and strategic‑planning capabilities.
