Marketing Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will support the planning, logistics, and administrative execution of TSMC's events, industry activities, and marketing programs. This position ensures seamless operational delivery by managing end‑to‑end event logistics, inventory, and financial administration.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate event invitations, registrations, hotel room blocks, transportation schedules, and on‑site operational logistics.
• Oversee shipping, customs clearance, and inventory tracking of event materials and marketing collateral.
• Collect, verify, and process vendor invoices, maintain vendor records, contracts, and event documentation.
• Support vendors through internal systems, arrange visitor parking and security access, and maintain both digital and physical inventories of marketing assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in general administration, marketing communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a marketing team, preferably in a global high‑tech or B2B environment.
• Highly organized, independent, and able to prioritize tasks amid ambiguity.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage budgets, and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced corporate setting.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; additional languages are a plus.
• Detail‑oriented with strong stakeholder management skills across different regions and cultures.
