Senior Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Taipei office. You thrive on leading client projects, solving complex problems, and collaborating with smart, experienced teammates. A passion for emerging technologies such as AI, semiconductor, software platforms and greentech is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management of multiple client PR programs, ensuring speed and accuracy.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic counsel and setting clear expectations.
• Develop and execute media pitching strategies, maintain media contacts, and host briefings for spokespersons.
• Oversee content creation, ensuring consistent tone, reviewing press releases, Q&A documents and bylines.
• Contribute to new‑business efforts by preparing RFP responses, pitch decks and participating in presentations.
• Manage reporting activities, track results against goals and drive client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior staff, providing feedback and supporting their professional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, PR/Advertising, Communications, Journalism or Linguistics.
• Minimum three years of experience in client relationship and media relations management.
• Superior writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technology trends.
• Strong business communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for digital and social media communications.
