Senior Product Manager – OHC

About the role

The Senior Product Manager – OHC will own the end‑to‑end commercial plan for the category, driving portfolio strategy, new product launches, communication and channel promotion to meet sales targets. You will work closely with marketing, sales and cross‑functional teams to translate strategy into actionable tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the category commercial plan, including portfolio strategy, NPD launch, communication strategy and channel promotion execution.
• Develop and own the annual ATL & BTL marketing plan to achieve sales targets and gain market share.
• Collect and analyse market dynamics, consumer insights and competitor actions to advise senior management on brand positioning, media mix and communication angles.
• Create and adapt brand communication materials, ensuring high‑quality execution that meets brand KPIs and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the sales team on forecasts, monitor sales performance, control pricing and promotions, and manage the A&P budget.
• Coordinate with local and regional marketing, sales, finance, supply chain and legal functions to deliver solutions that maximise business results.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of brand management or product marketing experience in consumer electronics or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, advertising, media buying and promotion.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and coordinate cross‑functional teams, especially sales.
• Excellent project and time‑management capabilities.
• Financial acumen with experience in pricing, margin and budget management.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills, independent and able to work under pressure.
