Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Operations Coordinator to support planning, logistics, inventory control, and cross‑functional communication. The role ensures smooth flow of goods and information from inbound to final delivery, working closely with factories, distribution centers, and brand teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with factories, DCs and brand teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment and new product launches.
• Negotiate delivery schedules with customers to mitigate production delays.
• Conduct inventory analysis and prepare monthly purchase lists for customer procurement.
• Work with demand planners and brand teams to ensure on‑time readiness of POSM and samples.
• Generate rolling supply forecasts, maintain optimal inventory levels, and manage orders, launch plan changes, and version updates across factories.
• Coordinate inbound, VAS, order processing, transportation and outbound delivery activities.
• Track shipments, resolve delays, and ensure data accuracy in systems.
• Lead VAS coordination meetings, align schedules, address capacity constraints, and support demand planning.
• Identify process improvements to increase supply‑chain efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply‑chain planning or a similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus.
